Spec-Crete FC is a two-part cementitious fairing coat material, designed for application in thin layers to produce a fair faced surface to concrete substances, in preparation for the subsequent application of protective or decorative coatings.

It is a blend of OPC, Graded Aggregates and chemical admixtures, with a pre-blended liquid of SBR Resin emulsion. It exhibits good handling properties while minimizing water demand.

Size & Yield

25 kg bags of powder and 4 litre bottles of emulsion. Coverage is approximately 5m2 per pack at 3mm thickness, depending on substrate texture.

Cementitious Mortars Overview

Cementitious Mortars are supplied as a ready to use blend of dry powders which requires only the site addition of clean water to produce a highly consistent, medium-weight repair mortar for general purpose use. The material is based on Portland cement, graded aggregates, special fillers and chemical additives to provide a mortar with good handling characteristics, while minimising water demand.

The product exhibits excellent thermal compatibility with concrete and good water repellent properties. The low water requirement ensures fast strength gain and long-term durability.
