SCL AQUATARD is a water based, chemical surface retarder, specially formulated for tropical environments. SCL AQUATARD will produce exposed aggregate concrete, both face up, or face down, and is ideal for precast, casting “Grano” toppings, or exposed aggregate surfaces for cold joint applications.
